Multi Trades Recruitment is looking for a Parcel Sorter/Supervisor to begin work for a well-established company in the Watford area.About the role: * Working Hours - 3am - 12pm * £16per hour * Sorting and organising incoming parcels for designated routes * Ensure proper labelling and categorisation of the parcels * Manage drivers on site to ensure smooth transition from warehouse to transport * Ensure the drivers are out of the warehouse in a timely manner in order to deliver parcels within the designated timeslots * Ensuring all the collections and timed premium deliveries are successfully completed * Balance the fluctuation of volumes between drivers on designated routes * Manage a relationship with the depot to ensure the expectations are being met on a daily basis * Long-term work for the right candidate * Start: ASAPAbout You: * High work ethic & team player * Punctual & reliable * TeamplayerPlease apply with your CV.
