Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role as a Duct Fitter at Pure Engineering Group in Newry. As a Duct Fitter, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing ductwork systems in commercial buildings. Your day-to-day tasks will include reading and interpreting blueprints, measuring and cutting ducts, assembling and sealing duct sections, and ensuring proper airflow in the building. You will collaborate with the project team to ensure timely completion of projects and adherence to safety and quality standards. Qualifications Prior experience as a Duct Fitter or in a similar role Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings Knowledge of HVAC systems and ductwork installation processes Familiarity with tools and equipment used in duct fitting Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent problem-solving and time management skills Commitment to safety protocols and standards Must have a drivers licence or working towards getting it Relevant certifications or licenses (e.g., CSCS Card, FOMAC, etc.) Physical stamina and ability to work in various environments Skills: Installation HVAC Construction Drivers Licence Benefits: Gym Pension Fund
