Head of Analytics

The CompanyNigel Wright Tech is pleased to be partnering with a B2B service sector business in their search for a Head of Analytics. The RoleWorking closely with the Operational team you will be expected to establish a single source of truth for performance reporting and build an analytics function from scratch. Other key responsibilities include:  Recruit, lead and develop a small team of analysts Develop a scalable analytics and reporting framework Partner with heads of department to ensure they understand the performance of their function Drive data literacy across the organisation through workshops and stakeholder engagement Develop new metrics aligned with company strategy and growth plans  The RequirementsThis is a brilliant opportunity for someone who gets excited by the prospect of creating a new function and shaping its long term direction.
