NES Fircroft are currently recruiting for a Support Removal Technician for our client, who operate a state of the art additive manufacturing facility. Job Title: Support Removal Technician Location: Worcester, WR4 0AD Duration: 6-month contract Shifts: Monday to Thursday 2.30pm till11.30pm. Friday 2.30pm till 6.00pm About Us: We are a world leader in the industrial application of laser additive layer manufacturing of metals, with a current fleet of 24 AM machines. We are committed to delivering high-quality solutions to our clients and are looking for a dedicated Support Remover to join our team. Job Description: Responsibilities: Remove support structures from 3D printed parts with precision and care. Inspect parts for quality and ensure they meet the required specifications. Use hand tools and machinery to clean and finish parts. Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Follow safety protocols and company guidelines. Report any issues or defects to the supervisor. Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely completion of tasks.Qualifications: Experience with 3D printing and support/Feed removal is preferred. Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity. Ability to read and interpret standard operating procedures. Good communication and teamwork skills.
