Product Designer Web

We are seeking a Product Designer to join our diverse dynamic collaborative and creative Product Design this role you will create functional and appealing products balancing user experience business goals and technology through research prototyping and collaboration with cross-functional teams including product managers developers optimisation and trading teams. You will create meaningful accessible and desirable experiences that delight our users. The responsibility:Design Execution: Create high-fidelity designs prototypes and user interfaces for web and mobile applications. User Research: Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions. Analyze user feedback and activity to enhance the user experience. Collaboration: Work closely with product managers developers and other stakeholders to define product requirements and ensure design feasibility. Iteration: Continuously improve and iterate on designs based on user feedback analytics and team input. Design Systems: Contribute to and maintain our design system ensuring consistency across all products. Innovation: Stay updated with the latest design trends tools and technologies. Bring new ideas and approaches to the table. Documentation: Create detailed design documentation and specifications to communicate design decisions effectively. Qualifications : 3-5 years of experience in product design with a strong portfolio showcasing your work across web and mobile applications.  Bachelors degree in Design UX Design or a related field.   Highly proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. Familiarity with HTML/CSS and front-end development is a plus. Demonstrate some analytical and problem-solving skills with a user-centred approach to design.  Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present and justify design decisions effectively.  Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Additional Information : Along with your benefits package we also offer a wide range of perks for our colleagues:Reward Recognition and OpportunitiesFrasers Champion- Our employees are at the heart of our business and we ensure individuals are recognised every single month for their hard work.
