Are you an experienced CNC Setter/Operator looking for a new opportunity? Do you want to work for an established company based in Southam? If so, please read on. We are currently recruiting a CNC Setter/Operator to operate and set parts and components programmed in CAM, to be manufactured on 5 Axis CNC Machines. Benefits: Salary up to £32,500 + 15% shift allowance Private medical insurance after 6 month probationary Pension: 5% employee, 3% employer Discretionary annual bonus Holiday: 31 days (inclusive of bank holidays) Monday to Thursday - 15:00pm - 12:40am Operating and setting of HAAS 3 and 5 Axis Setting tooling / work-holding for jobs Operating CNC machines, ensuring parts are to drawing and making any adjustments necessary to program. Changing out jobs, material and tooling for production Cleaning and de-burring components from machining ready for inspection.
