Youll be the guiding hand that helps them build a stable independent life.From housing and property management to life-changing support and advocacy this role is about much more than tenancy its about empowerment dignity and hope.---Key Responsibilities: Engage with referral agencies and the Clearing House to generate new referrals Develop tailored support and safety plans helping individuals access specialist services Ensure all properties are safe clean furnished and ready to feel like home Motivate and empower service users to set and achieve their goals Maximise rent collection and ensure housing/welfare benefit claims are maintained Proactively minimise rent arrears and support sustainable tenancies Reduce void times by ensuring swift turnaround and re-letting of properties---Who Were Looking For:You are someone who believes in second chances and new beginnings.
