Operating across both NHS and private pathways, our mission is to bring world-class eye care closer to communities nationwide.Led by Royal College–accredited surgeons and supported by a culture of innovation, compassion, and excellence, we are redefining modern eye care through clinical expertise and digital transformation.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for a Regional Partnerships Manager based in Maidstone. Our offices are based in Maidstone , however this role requires almost daily travel across the region.The Regional Partnerships Manager will develop and strengthen strategic partnerships with healthcare providers, identify and pursue collaboration opportunities, and manage key accounts to achieve growth objectives. Responsibilities include conducting market analysis, negotiating agreements, building and maintaining strong professional relationships, and representing CES Medical’s values and vision in the region. This position combines strategic thinking with hands-on engagement to increase brand presence and improve access to CES Medical’s services within local communities.QualificationsStrong skills in Partnerships development, including establishing and nurturing strategic and business collaborationsDemonstrated expertise in Account Management and managing professional relationships effectivelyExcellent Communication skills to liaise with stakeholders across various levels and ensure alignment with organizational goalsProficient Analytical Skills for market research and identifying growth opportunitiesExperience in Strategic Partnerships, with the ability to develop long-term strategies and implement high-impact collaboration initiativesPrevious experience in related field to ophthalmology, is advantageousStrong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and in team environmentsExperience in healthcare partnership roles, referral management, or business developmentStrong communication and networking abilitiesUnderstanding of NHS structures, primary care, and patient pathwaysEmpathy-driven approach with a commitment to high-quality careFull UK driving license and willingness to travel regionally
