Recruitment Administrator / Contracts Assistant Role

Chelmsford, Essex

£30-£35,000

2-3 month contract role

Halliday Marx have partnered with an exciting growing recruitment firm seeking a contracts assistant on a contractual basis. The role reports to the contracts manager.

Responsibilities

  • Send out contracts to contractor & client for all group companies
  • Communicate with consultants on progress of contract signing
  • Manage contracts mailbox
  • Set up candidates, clients and Umbrella companies in system
  • Conduct reviews on IR35 for Contracts Manager approval
  • Maintain system documenting number of temp staff out
  • Issue monthly report of missing timesheets
  • Assist with reporting
  • Report on Invoicing frequencies to support internal cash flow forecasting
  • Other Ad-hoc reporting and cover for other finance department tasks as required

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills - you will be communicating with clients and consultants
  • Previous experience of using Xero software preferable
  • Excellent Excel experience with knowledge on formulas
  • Confident and able to communicate with clients, consultants and suppliers
  • Able to work well under pressure - dealing with urgent requests - adapting and prioritising your workload
