You will be joining a highly performing-legal team that has a global presence.

Our client who we have worked closely with is an innovative and dynamic tech company and is recruiting for a Commercial Contracts Paralegal / Legal Executive to join their in-house legal team in Nottingham.

  • You will have the opportunity to draft, review, and negotiate various commercial agreements for the business.
  • Provide accurate and timely counsel to the business on contractual matters.
  • Identify and manage contractual risks and implement solutions to any issues that may arise.
  • Review, update, and manage standard contractual documents.
  • Liaise with stakeholders, both internal and external, on contract negotiation
  • Support the legal department on process improvements and implementation.

Experienced needed:

The role will suit a Paralegal or Legal Executive with 2-3 year of experience in commercial contracts, gained in-house or in private practice. Experience in working in a Tech or SaaS organization would be advantageous.

  • Experience in negotiating commercial contracts
  • Law degree or equivalent
  • Strong and effective negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with great attention to detail
  • Strong collaboration skills both within and across teams
  • Experience in working in tech or SaaS organisations would be advantageous.

The role supports hybrid working (3 days office / 2 days home) and can offer long-term routes for qualification.
