Audio Visual TechnicianAre you an experienced AV Specialist looking for a rewarding new position?In this exciting Audio Visual Specialist role, you will be working for a global law firm in London, specialising in meeting room and conferencing technologies.You will be delivering support for the AV functions and meeting room technologies whilst helping train users on how to use VC software/hardware.Key duties: * Provide professional, high-quality, expertise and support to employees for all AV and meeting room equipment * Assist in connecting external events and conferencing platforms such as Zoom, Webex, Skype, and others. * Conduct preventative maintenance and develop regular checklists to ensure the smooth operation of meeting and conference platforms. * Provide onsite support for new room device commissioningPersonal skills: * 3+ years’ experience in an AV Support role within a law firm or similar professional services * Self-starter with exceptional customer service skills * Motivated and enthusiastic5 days onsite due to the nature of the role.Job Titles that may apply: Audio Visual Specialist, AV Engineer, Audio Visual Analyst, Audio Visual Engineer, AV Technical Support Engineer, AV TechnicianIf you keen on this role, hit APPLY now
