Rubicon Consulting is currently recruiting for Quotations Engineer on a 6 Month Rolling Contract, based in Worcestershire Role Summary The Quotations Engineer will work closely with the customer, and internal cross-functional teams to develop and deliver quote packages. They will take ownership of the opportunities from bid decision to quote submission. Through consultations with engineering, operations, quality and suppliers the quotations engineers shall review the manufacturability, estimate costs and define the scope of the project. How You’ll Make an Impact: * Support and interact with engineers, customers and sales team throughout the bid process * Help customers to understand minimum requirements defining the RfQ package, Define project scope in consultation with customers and MSL * Liaise with customers and technical experts to help develop product definitions * Take ownership of opportunity from bid decision to quote submission * Identify subcon requirements and liaise with subcontractors at quoting stage * Provide ROM quotes, business case calculations to internal and external Sales team * Receive inputs from cross functional teams to develop costing and understanding technical challenges * Complete formal quote documentation and provide quote package to sales team * Maintain and manage quote process and tools Requirements Essential: * Experience of engineering or sales...
