Our Client is a leading recruitment firm with a strong reputation for excellence and innovation. They are expanding and launching a dedicated Construction Recruitment Division, focusing on white-collar roles within the construction sector in London.


The Opportunity:

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to lead this exciting new venture. As the Head of the Construction Recruitment Division, you will have the unique opportunity to shape and drive the growth of this division from the ground up. Your role will involve:

  • Developing and implementing strategic plans to establish and expand our construction recruitment presence.
  • Building and nurturing relationships with key clients and candidates within the construction sector.
  • Leading and mentoring a team of recruiters to achieve exceptional results.
  • Utilizing your industry knowledge to identify market trends and opportunities.
  • Delivering outstanding recruitment solutions that meet the specific needs of our clients.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience within the construction industry. Able to demonstrate billing success.
  • Strong understanding of the white-collar construction market in London.
  • Exceptional leadership and team-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
