Outbound Sales Representative

Job Description:
Nadder-Wood Trading operates in the dynamic foreign exchange industry, specializing in assisting aspiring traders in reaching profitability. We are currently seeking a motivated and results-driven Outbound Sales Specialist.
Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
- Utilize various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, social media, and networking, to identify and qualify potential leads within the forex trading community.
- Conduct thorough research to understand the needs and objectives of prospective traders, articulating how our services can assist them in achieving profitability.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads, striving to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
Sales Closing:
- Guide leads through the sales process, offering insights into our educational resources, and support services.
- Negotiate terms and close sales, ensuring a smooth transition for new clients as they embark on their trading journey with us.
Additional Requirements:
- Sales Experience: Demonstrated experience in sales, preferably in a B2C environment, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Lead Generation Expertise: Proven ability to generate high-quality leads through various channels and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Understanding of the Forex Markets: Basic knowledge of the foreign exchange industry and trading concepts is preferred but not required.
