Our client is a dynamic and rapidly growing company committed to excellence and innovation in their industry. As they continue their expansion, they seek a highly experienced and strategic Head of HR to join their team. This is a unique opportunity to lead a team of HR Business Partners and drive significant impact in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of HR Business Partners to support the company's strategic goals.
- Partnering with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's objectives.
- Overseeing the HR aspects of mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence, integration planning, and execution.
- Utilising HR data and analytics to drive performance, make informed decisions, and provide insights to the leadership team.
- Developing and implementing initiatives to improve employee engagement, retention, and organisational culture.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Driving the continuous improvement of HR processes and policies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Acting as a trusted advisor to the HR Director and other senior leaders on all HR-related matters.
Person Specification
- Significant experience in HR, with a strong background in mergers and acquisitions.
- Proven experience working in a large organisation, with a thorough understanding of complex HR dynamics.
- Expertise in using HR data and analytics to drive business performance and decision-making.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business goals into HR strategies.
- Solid understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- CIPD qualified
