Job Title: Modifications Shift Leader Location: East Yorkshire Hourly Pay Rate: £31.00 Umbrella Shifts: Minimum of 40 hours a week. Shift Pattern: Mon - Fri 06:30 - 14:30 / 14:30 - 22:30 rotating weekly Duration: On-going contract Start Date: January 2026 Position Summary: Working at a modern Rolling Stock production facility you will be responsible for a Team who will be engaged in the implementation of a suite of modifications for the new London Underground Stock. You will be responsible for: * Achieving targets in line with schedules by planning and allocation of tasks to team. * Responsible for accuracy and completeness of team and repair paperwork. * Identify, Implement and facilitate team training requirements. * Responsible for ensuring compliance with Health & Safety legislation and depot procedures to ensure a safe and accident free environment. * Maintaining discipline, team welfare and absence monitoring. * Responsible for ensuring team tooling is controlled, appropriate, adequate and safe for the purpose. * Undertake Risk Assessments and risk awareness sessions. * Undertake Team brief sessions at least once a week and as directed by manager. * Carry out team member reviews * Take responsibility for the safe, efficient and professional workmanship of oneself and others under your control. * Carrying out work recording via both paperwork and computer systems Qualifications / Education required: * ...
