Description

  • Handling complaints related to property management and legal issues
  • Conducting research and providing advice on property/housing laws and regulations
  • Drafting letters effectively to complainants
  • Reviewing all documentation and evidence to autonomously come to a resolution for each individual claim
  • Dealing with dispute resolution
  • Working closely with the complaints team to ensure compliance with property industry standards
  • Providing administrative support to the department
  • Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Profile

A successful Complaints Paralegal should have:

  • A degree in Law or a related field.
  • Proficient knowledge of property law.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mind.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of attention to detail.
