Overview

You will play a pivotal role in shaping the insight delivery strategy for the organisation. In this role, you will be responsible for building mobile first web applications and Foundry Functions to deliver insight to users across the world.


Experiences that make you a strong candidate for this role:


Required

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (must be comfortable with screen recording).
  • Proven experience as a Front-end Developer (80% UI / 20% API)
  • Proficient with modern JS/TS libraries and frameworks like, ReactJS, Svelte, etc.
  • Experience with scaled TypeScript.
  • Experience with server-side languages such as Node.js (or Python).
  • Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, PostgreSQL).
  • Solid understanding of RESTful/Graph API design and integration.
  • Knowledge of version control systems, such as Git.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within an agile/scrum team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.


Highly Beneficial

  • Experience working with large datasets.
  • Comfortable gathering and documenting requirements
  • Proficient in component composition and isolation
  • Background in product design or strategy
  • Exp. with Palantir Foundry.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical /finance / healthcare industries.



Responsibilities will include:

  • Construct and maintain high-quality web applications that support insight delivery and business processes.
  • Create and maintain Foundry Functions utilizing TypeScript.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features.
  • Ensure the responsiveness and performance of applications across various devices and browsers.
  • Write well-documented, clean, and efficient code.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize code to address performance bottlenecks and ensure scalability.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in web development technologies.
  • Work closely with UI/UX designers to implement visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
  • Contribute to the improvement of development processes and best practices.
