They operate well within the social housing field and prides itself on delivering high-quality services to its clients. Description Prepare accurate cost estimates and budgets for projects. Manage contracts and ensure compliance with agreed terms. Monitor project progress and control costs effectively. Conduct risk assessments and provide solutions to mitigate potential issues. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met. Analyse financial reports and provide recommendations for improvement. Assist with procurement and sourcing of materials and services. Maintain accurate records and documentation for projects.Profile A successful Quantity Surveyor should have: Proven experience in property, housing or facilities management industry.
