About the Role As a Private Client NQ youll be working across the full spectrum of private client work: wills trusts probate inheritance issues powers of attorney perhaps some familyled estate planning and advising on the often delicate conversations around planning for the unexpected. Youll be clientfacing providing calm clear advice helping people through emotionally charged or complex situations. About the Client The firm is a well-established general practice based in Andover Talbot Walker with strong roots in the local community. They offer both services for individuals (private client matters family wills & probate etc.) and business services (corporate commercial property employment etc.). Their approach combines technical expertise with a personal touch: they care about more than just legal solutions Working Hours Monday to Friday9:00am to 5:30pm Key Duties Drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of AttorneyProbate and Estate AdministrationAdvising on Inheritance Tax and Tax PlanningTrust Administration and related mattersPotential involvement in Court of Protection workLiaising with clients beneficiaries and third parties with professionalism andempathy Key Requirements Qualified Solicitor (or equivalent) in England & Wales (02 years PQE)Experience in Private Client mattersStrong client care and interpersonal skillsExcellent written and verbal communicationAbility to manage matters independently with appropriate supervisionA proactive and collaborative approach to work Key Skills Clerical,Diploma,Foreclosure Paralegal,Flight Operations,Construction Equipment Employment Type : Full Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
