This is a great opportunity to be the face of our client, providing essential engineering support and building strong relationships at a key customer site in Kilmarnock. The Purpose of the Role: As our Site Engineer, you will be instrumental in ensuring their customer's machinery operates at peak performance. You will deliver a first-class engineering service through corrective and preventative maintenance. Your broad technical knowledge and excellent customer-facing skills will be key to maintaining the highest levels of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Perform methodical diagnosis, repair, and testing of electromechanical equipment to achieve a speedy first-time fix on all breakdowns. Conduct planned and preventative maintenance in strict accordance with OEM requirements. Maintain accurate records of parts usage, inventory, and all service reports.
