We are looking to recruit the following:Position Available: Envelope ManagerDuration: 7-month+ placement starting June 1stLocation: AbergavennyPAYE payment option only-no CIS or LimitedResponsibilities:Oversee the installation and maintenance of windows, doors, brickwork, and scaffold on-site.Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery and installation of materials.Ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.Manage safety protocols and procedures related to envelope construction.Requirements:Previous experience in construction management, particularly in envelope-related projects.Strong organizational and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and procedures.The role will involve IT Skills as the QA will be iPad / laptop-basedWorking Hours:June, July, August, September: 8:00 am – 6:00 pm Monday to Thursday, 8:00 am – 4:00 pm FridayOctober, November, December: 7:30 am – 5:00 pm Monday to Thursday, 7:30 am – 4:00 pm Friday
