Facilities Engineer – Mechanical Location: Near Halesowen, West Midlands (multi-site) Salary: £36,000 per annum Hours: Monday–Friday, 08:00–16:30 Contract: Permanent, Full-Time Overtime: Paid at 1.5x (weekends available, not mandatory) The Role Talented People are recruiting on behalf of a well-established manufacturing business for a Mechanical Facilities Engineer. The role covers multiple sites and focuses on mechanical maintenance, fault-finding, and continuous site support. Key Responsibilities * Deliver mechanical facilities maintenance across multiple sites. * Diagnose and repair mechanical faults using drawings and schematics. * Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on plant and equipment. * Maintain dock levellers, industrial doors, hydraulic and pneumatic systems. * Support safe working practices and site compliance. * Assist and mentor apprentices when required. * Liaise with internal teams and external contractors. * Complete maintenance documentation accurately. * Support occasional out-of-hours work as required.
