Its a wonderful opportunity to become part of a supportive school community where you can make a real difference.We warmly welcome applications from Early Career Teachers (ECTs) and will provide a comprehensive induction mentoring and ongoing professional development to support your successThe successful candidate will: Have a strong knowledge of the curriculum and understand the role of assessment insecuring progress. Have experience working within Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2 (although this is not essential for ECTs). Be passionate about providing high-quality learning opportunities. Be an excellent practitioner with high expectations for all pupils. Show a firm commitment to inclusion and equal opportunities. Enjoy working as part of a collaborative team. Demonstrate excellent organisation and communication skills. Build positive relationships with pupils colleagues and parents.
