At Change Grow Live we believe everyone deserves the opportunity to change their direction grow as individuals and live life to its full potential....As a key member of the team youll support residents in building independence maintaining abstinence and preparing to move on to longer-term housing. Youll also help manage the practical elements of supported housingfrom tenancy agreements and rent accounts to health and safety and maintenance.This role is ideal for someone with a background in supported housing or recovery services who is ready to bring their skills empathy and energy to a team thats transforming lives every day.Location:Folkestone and CanterburyFull Time Hours: 37.5 per weekFull time Salary Range: 27861.26 - 32002.35 (Dependent on experience pro rata for part time hours).*Please note: Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.ResponsibilitiesAbout the role:This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same. Youll be working closely with residents to support their recovery and promote independent living in a safe stable environment. Youll provide person-centred keywork support while also managing tenancy agreements rent accounts and coordinating housing benefit applications.Youll also:Carry out regular health & safety and property checksLiaise with maintenance teams and external housing bodiesSupport residents in accessing move-on housing and community resourcesWork as part of a passionate team who are driven by compassion and hopeThis role is based across our Folkestone and Canterbury projects.About you:Youll be someone who is committed to empowering people on their recovery journeys and confident working in a structured housing environment.
