Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with operational stakeholders to manage and develop suppliers at an appropriate level, following the supplier management framework and regulatory expectations.
  • Consistently conduct supplier management, ensuring supplier reviews are completed and suppliers are assessed and developed in areas such as innovation, assurance, service excellence, and value potential.
  • Complete supplier due diligence in line with the supplier management framework, assessing and reporting any issues and risks to business stakeholders.
  • Manage and monitor supplier performance, working with operational stakeholders and suppliers to facilitate improvements when necessary.
  • Support the Group in developing and enhancing the supplier management framework by providing technical expertise and insight.
  • Stay informed about regulatory developments and industry best practices to ensure the Group remains compliant.

Requirements:

  • Experience in supplier management and risk mitigation.
  • Strong understanding of third-party risk management frameworks.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with strong reporting skills.
  • TPRM knowledge and experience
