With cutting-edge products a diverse global team and significant growth plans they are looking for a senior Key Account Manager to drive strategic commercial relationships across major A&D customers.About the RoleThis is a senior-level commercial position managing several high-value global customers. You will strengthen long-term partnerships lead commercial negotiations identify growth opportunities and work closely with engineering and product teams to deliver highly technical photonics solutions.You will represent the business internationally (approx. 25% travel) and play a critical role in shaping future commercial success across the aerospace and defence sector.ResponsibilitiesManage and grow key aerospace & defence accountsDevelop long-term strategic account plansDrive commercial negotiations pricing discussions and contract managementIdentify new business opportunities within existing accountsCollaborate closely with engineering product management and market development teamsRepresent the company at customer meetings events and global visitsProvide market insight to support product and strategy developmentEnsure compliance with defence export controls and security requirementsAbout YouExperience in Key Account Management / Strategic Sales within photonics lasers optics aerospace defence semiconductors or high-technology industriesStrong commercial skills with a track record of managing complex customer relationshipsTechnical understanding of photonics lasers or optical systems (or ability to learn quickly)Fluent in English and German (both written and spoken)Eligible for or already holding SC Security ClearanceWilling to travel up to 25% internationallyWhats on OfferUp to 125000 base salaryPerformance bonusExcellent benefits packageOpportunity to work with cutting-edge photonics technologies used across aerospace defence quantum and industrial innovationDiverse and collaborative global cultureApply NowIf youre a highly driven commercial professional with experience in advanced technology markets wed love to hear from you.Required Experience:Manager Key Skills IT Hardware,Ado,Agriculture,Market Research,Art And Craft Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1 Yearly Salary Salary: 100000 - 125000
