Job: Planner SchedulerArea: BelvedereSalary: £30,000kMy client a leading social housing provider are currently seeking a Planner Scheduler to come on board for their housing reactive maintenance contracts.Responsibilities for the role are: * Liaising with supervisors and tenants * Planning workloads for Operative * Managing high volume calls from tenants in regard to repair issues * Booking repairs with via phone/emailsWhat we are looking for: * Strong administrative skills and ability operate a computerised database system * Experience in working with Microsoft Office * Experience gained within a social housing environment is beneficialSupplemental pay types: * Bonus scheme * Performance bonusSchedule: * 8 hour shift * Day shift * Monday to FridayIf you are interested in this position, please apply with your CV today
