Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and experienced AI Solutions Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in artificial intelligence and machine learning, with a proven track record of designing and implementing AI-driven solutions for enterprise clients. In this role, you will work closely with our sales and engineering teams to understand customer requirements, design customized AI solutions, and oversee the implementation process from start to finish.


Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with sales and business development teams to understand customer requirements and develop customized AI solutions that address their needs.
  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients, providing expertise and guidance on AI technology and best practices.
  • Lead the design and architecture of AI solutions, including data ingestion, preprocessing, model development, and deployment.
  • Work closely with data scientists and engineers to develop and optimize machine learning models, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to internal teams, helping to build their expertise in AI technologies and methodologies.
  • Conduct technical workshops, presentations, and demos to showcase our AI capabilities to clients and prospects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and integration of AI solutions into client environments.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in AI technology and industry trends, and incorporate them into solution design and development efforts.
  • Gather feedback from clients and internal stakeholders to continuously improve our AI offerings and drive innovation.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • years of experience as a solutions architect, technical consultant, or similar role, with a focus on AI or machine learning solutions.
  • Deep understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning algorithms, neural networks, natural language processing, computer vision, etc.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, and familiarity with AI services and tools provided by these platforms.
  • Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or Scala, with experience in developing and deploying AI models in production environments.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage complex projects, from solution design to implementation and deployment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly understand and address customer challenges.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a customer-facing role, such as sales engineering or technical consulting.
  • Certifications in AI or cloud technologies, such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Google Cloud Professional Data Engineer, etc.
  • Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Knowledge of big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka.
