Role: Facilities & Front of House Team

We are recruiting an experienced and dedicated individual to join a progressive and exciting company to be part of their Workplace Services team. You will join in a small team and be part of a bigger organisation with a modern culture and outlook. Your role will involve supporting all areas of the Facilities and front of house team for this stunning, ultra-modern and tech savvy office space. This will include cleaning of all front of house areas, general maintenance and events prep.

The role:

To support delivery of the daily Workplace services schedule ensuring excellent service and standards. This will include;

  • Daily cleaning; including showers, gym, toilets, office space, and other communal areas of the building.
  • Stock control and rotation and ordering
  • Support the kitchen team when required
  • Support with company events when required
  • Transporting some of the team on a daily basis to the offices (via minibus)
  • Pro-actively engaging and collaborating with wider teams to exceed their expectations.

The candidate we are looking for:

  • You will be passionate about exceptional service and enjoy engaging with the team at all levels.
  • A can-do attitude and willingness to learn, happy to be hands-on and roll up your sleeves.
  • Consistent and high attention to detail, always ensuring standards of cleanliness are high across the building.
  • Versatile in your approach with a willingness to pick up any task that needs to be done
  • Enjoy having fun and working as part of a fast-paced friendly team
  • Confident in building rapport and engaging with colleagues across the business
  • Open to feedback loops which help improve processes
  • A confident driver with a full, clean UK driving licence.


This role will also help the delivery of occasional events and support the delivery of a safe workplace, including:

  • Upkeep and security of the building / Health and safety
  • Onboarding new starters
  • Fire safety / First Aid / COSHH.
  • Maintaining and managing equipment.
