From the iconic luxury of Penfolds to the broad appeal of Lindemans and newer brands like 19 Crimes we are committed to creating memorable wine experiences for our consumers.About the RoleAs Quality and Change Coordinator youll be responsible for supporting all necessary aspects of quality and technical functions for bulk beverage supply finished goods and compliance to deliver high quality product to consumers.This position is offered on a fixed term 9-month contract with an immediate start.About the RoleAs Quality and Change Coordinator youll be responsible for supporting all necessary aspects of quality and technical functions for bulk beverage supply finished goods and compliance to deliver high quality product to consumers.Key Responsibilities IncludeProduct ChangesSupport the team with the timely and accurate creation of copacker product specificationsEnsure all product specifications are approved by all relevant internal stakeholders and within SLA timeframes to ensure productions are fulfilled on-timeSupport with business process reviews to ensure processes are updated and streamlined to maintain business efficiencies and right-first-time ethicArtwork ChangesSupport the senior artwork coordinator on an ad-hoc basis for artwork changesQuality ManagementProvide support through root cause analysis investigations and timely resolution of quality non-conformances and customer complaints using internal reporting systemsLiaise with external stakeholders to embed corrective actions and process improvements following outcome of investigationsSupport Global Consumer Relations with outcomes and conclusions following quality investigations relating to quality and technical consumer complaintsSupport the ETT (European Technical Team) in the development of draft documents and tools to assist with BAU activitiesSupport supplier prequalification auditing and performance monitoringAssist with the coordination and assessment of post packaging production samples and other samples as required to ensure product is of suitable qualityEfficient coordination of monthly stock at risk tastings across portfolioAssisting with the creation of certificates and documents as required (certificates for export COA COO etc)Liaise with 3rd party suppliers to ensure timely delivery of technical and compliance data of incoming bulk wine analysis to proactively resolve issues which may impact productionGeneral file and document managementSupport ad hoc requests as required by Quality ManagerProvide support to Quality Manager for all technical trade compliance updates including labelling and nutritional informationCoordinate product R&D in line with new material or NPD validationReportingProvide regional monthly consumer complaints identifying trends resolutions and corrective actions following root cause analysis investigationsCollate supplier performance scorecardsSupport Quality Manager with packaging data as requiredWhat Were Looking ForWe are looking for a high-performing Quality and Change Coordinator with 2 years in a similar role in a manufacturing or FMCG business.You will need to have experience of working across multiple time zones and cultures experience in a fast-moving area with frequently changing priorities and requirements and well-developed interpersonal communication and influencing skills for liaising with internal and external contactsYoull also needA Science based degreeQualification in quality management or similarFMCG production / wine / food experienceAbility to manage and promote changeAttention to detail with good organisational and time management skillsProblem solving capabilitiesExcellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel Word PowerPoint Outlook and TeamsComfortable working with large datasets and multiple systemsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsLogical and developed analytical approachExperience with PowerBi advantageousExperience with BRC IFS ISO certification systemsExperience with CRM systems such as SalesforceWhats in it for youAt TWE were bold in our ambitions and passionate about our brands.
