If speculative CVs are sent no fee will be applicable please direct all queries to the relevant Resourcing Partner.Planning Coordinator Facilities ManagementRomfordWhat you will be doing:An opportunity has arisen for a Planning Coordinatorto join the team at Galliford Try within our Facilities Management Business.Ideally you will based in or around the Romford area.Working closely with engineers to ensure their jobs are scheduled and completed on timeWorking closely with other stakeholders such and the contracts team to escalate any potential issuesEnsuring job notes and updates are inputted against each taskUpdate clients with any updates delays or any other informationScheduling engineers day and managing any fall throughLogging of tasks on our CAFM systemRaising Purchase Orders and working through other admin tasks such as updates and job dockets.Assigning all jobs to relevant Caretakers Engineers and Subcontractors.Ensuring all tasks are logged with accuracy and all updates are logged to CAFMPPM administration closing of tasks and uploading documentation to CAFM systemTo help cover the helpdesk should it be requiredAbout You:FM experience essentialCustomer Service ExperienceAdministration ExperienceCan do attitude and willingness to support the other departments within the teamAbility to work under pressureGood attention to detailAbility to work on own initiativeAbility to MultitaskYou will also be able to demonstrate the following key attributes.Desire to understand and promote the Company purpose vision values and cultureOrganised structured and professional with a passion for excellence striving to delivering the best.Flexibility resilience and the ability to influence and build relationships with key stakeholders.
