We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Progressor to join our growing team. This is a remote, self-employed position , ideal for someone with at least 2 years of property sales progression experience . You’ll need your own laptop and phone to manage your workload. What You‘ll Do: Oversee property sales from offer acceptance to completion , ensuring smooth transactions. Liaise with buyers, sellers, estate agents, solicitors, and other stakeholders to keep everyone informed. Resolve issues like downvaluations and legal delays with effective problem-solving. Keep accurate, up-to-date records in the CRM system . Provide regular updates to clients and agents on progress. What We’re Looking For: Experience: At least 2 years in property sales progression. Skills: Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge: Solid understanding of the property sales process, including legalities and mortgage requirements.
