SAP Program Lead - ERP Advisory Practice

We are representing a renowned Global Consultancy that is currently hiring seasoned SAP Program Managers and Solution Architects for their UK & Europe ERP practice. This practice supports some of the world’s largest companies and most reputable brands in achieving their business transformation goals through digital ERP solutions.


As an ERP Program Lead, you’ll guide large-scale SAP transformation programs from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading complex SAP programs through every phase, from planning to execution.
  • Managing diverse, geographically distributed teams, including multi-vendor and complex client organizations.
  • Developing robust program frameworks and ensuring alignment across IT, business, and change management teams.
  • Cultivating strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels to foster program success.


Key Qualifications

  • Proven Leadership: Demonstrated experience in driving challenging business transformation programs, with a successful track record of end-to-end SAP program delivery.
  • Complex Environments: Skilled at navigating complex settings, including multi-vendor landscapes, large client structures, and geographically dispersed teams.
  • Global Experience: Experienced in managing global delivery models, including offshore teams, and leading local and remote consulting teams.
  • Program Structuring: Expertise in establishing comprehensive program frameworks that integrate IT, business, and change management.
  • Communication Excellence: Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills, with an ability to effectively engage and influence C-level stakeholders.
  • Proposal Development: Capable of leading the development of comprehensive proposals and program plans, articulating value propositions, and overseeing program financials.
  • Client-Focused Consulting: Extensive experience in client-facing consulting roles, delivering SAP programs of significant scope and complexity, including ECC and S/4 HANA rollouts.
  • Coaching & Mentorship: Proven ability to mentor and coach consulting resources.
  • Data Proficiency: Skilled in gathering, analyzing, synthesizing, and presenting data effectively for various audiences.
  • Willingness to Travel: Willing and able to travel for project needs.
