We welcome the challenge to work in new ways and have trust in you when getting the job done because we recognise our business is our people.Job DescriptionUltra Precision Control Systems (PCS) are looking for a Manufacturing Operator to join PCSs manufacturing function which is responsible for the manufacture integration and test of a wide range of products and systems providing innovative capabilities for our customers.Key Responsibilities:To manufacture high precision products from detailed engineering drawings for the aerospace industry.To manufacture a variety of sub-assemblies for use with Ultras range of high precision products using appropriate tooling and processes in accordance with the individuals scope of approval.Setup tooling such as presses drills special to type tooling etc in accordance with controlled documentation and in accordance with the individuals scope of approval.To ensure that all build documentation is completed in accordance with company procedures.To maintain training records in accordance with company procedure as evidence of work carried out.Full understanding of the expectations and requirements of being an Ultra PCS certified Stamp Holder.Complete all tasks in accordance with the relevant drawings manufacturing instructions process sheets and specifications.Required Skills and Experience:Familiar with Code of Practices and IPC620A Standards not essential as training will be provided.Previous experience in a precision assembly environmentBenefits:Every employee is critical to our success and as such we offer a range of flexible employee benefits along with career development opportunities.Flexible working within core working hours25 days holiday (185hrs) with the option to buy/sell 5 days (37hrs) plus bank holidays4 times your annual salary in life assuranceFlexible benefits packagePension Scheme - Less than 5 years service up to 5.5% employer contributions 5 years service up to 7.5% employer contributionsSports and Social clubsSupportive and friendly working environment with regular team eventsYou couldnt be joining the team and Ultra at a more exciting time.
