Hybrid working - Office in Greater Manchester Are you an experienced SME Account Handler or Account Manager with strong commercial insuranceandActuris experience? This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading national broker within one of the UK's most successful broking teams. Following significant growth and internal promotions, the business looking to add three new SME Account Handlers to support continued success into 2026. The Role You'll be part of a collaborative division handling a mix of clients with a multi-million-pound book of clients. This is a busy, client-facing position that combines high-quality servicing with opportunities to learn and progress your commercial insurance knowledge. Key responsibilities include: Managing day-to-day servicing, renewals, MTAs, and client queriesPreparing and presenting market submissions and negotiating competitive termsComparing coverage options and preparing client documentationMaintaining accurate records and correspondence on ActurisSupporting Account Executives with client strategies and renewal meetingsEnsuring excellent client service and retention levels Why You'll Love It Here
