Our fellow recruitment client is growing their London team and seeking a Consultant or Senior Consultant to join and add value to their award winning Legal & Compliance team.

 

The successful candidate will be ambitious and have 2+ years of recruitment or executive search experience, and excellent written and verbal communication and work as part of a team, network and build lasting relationships with all stakeholders

 

A thorough understanding of the financial services market and/or compliance is advantageous.

 

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Actively source and identify top talent within your sector
  • Completing full job life cycle, from initial briefing through to salary negotiation
  • Networking and relationship building
  • Attend meetings with candidates and clients
  • Assist marketing team to produce salary survey, white papers / other marketing materials.

 

Salary £35-45k base plus commission (great benefits & team incentives)

Based:  Office

Holiday: 25 days annual leave
