Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and distribute all player entry packs for all Matchroom Multi Sport events
  • Main point of contact for all participants/athletes in the events
  • Manage players contracts alongside legal team
  • Liaise with players to support their tournament and playing requirements 
  • Distribute player patches to individuals and third party promoters
  • Coordinate player visa letter requests
  • Liaise with accounting team for player payments and refunds
  • Create and manage player entry spreadsheets
  • Onsite at events, support event operations and player logistics

 

Skills and Experience:

  • Strong organisational skills with high attention to details
  • Strong IT skills including confident on Microsoft office suite
  • Attention to detail in own work
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Strong communicative skills
  • Willingness to be flexible on days/hours worked
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to travel to multiple countries and be away for lengthy periods


Note:

  • Overseas travel is required to the USA/Asia/Europe
  • During non-event periods this is a full time office based role in Brentwood, Essex, UK
  • Hours will be variable
