ROLE: Wedding & Events Sales Coordinator
LOCATION: Near Coventry, West Midlands
SALARY: £30,000 per year plus bonus and incentives

As the Wedding & Events Sales Coordinator, you'll be responsible for:
* Sales and Planning: Managing sales, planning, and seamless delivery of each wedding.
* Client Communications: Liaising directly with couples, conducting show rounds during the day and occasional evenings.
* Event Promotion: Organising and promoting fairs and open days alongside the sales team.
* Detailed Coordination: From the initial inquiry to the wedding day itself, handling bookings, deposits, and final arrangements.
* Organising pre-wedding menu tastings and coordinating with suppliers.
* On-the-Day Presence: Providing a reassuring presence on the wedding day to ensure every detail goes smoothly.

What We're Looking For
* Experience: Recent experience coordinating weddings for a busy venue.
* Customer Service Skills: A friendly, proactive attitude with a commitment to exceptional customer service.
* Work Ethic: Team-oriented with a passion for contributing to a family-run, close-knit environment.
* Opera Knowledge: Experience with Opera software is a plus.
* Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to the needs of the business, including occasional out-of-hours work.
