About UsAt Munich Re Specialty – Global Markets (MRS-GM), it is our ambition to become the leading Primary Specialty Insurance provider, underpinned by an effective and adaptable strategy, superior products and industry leaders working in a supportive environment to achieve this.At the heart of our success is a strong culture where people are encouraged to be present, bold and curious, allowing them to achieve their individual goals.Please see our website for more information.Distribution Relationship CoordinatorWe are currently looking for a Distribution Relationship Coordinator to work with us on a full-time basis in London, reporting into the Broker Relationship Manager.This role would be suitable for a Graduate, School Leaver or an individual looking for a change in career with good administration skills.You will support the Distribution team in developing and growing key broker relationships.Responsibilities: Work with Broker Relationship Managers and Group Head of Distribution to plan meetings in line with strategic agreement KPI’sBuild a close working relationship with EA’s and PA’s to ensure optimal response when arranging meetings for senior management/CUO’sEstablish a full working knowledge of strategic partner self-service platforms to support pipelining activitiesArrange and run pipelining session with designated underwriters from all relevant lines of business (quarterly)Support the Distribution team around quarterly planning sessions and other relevant meetings and presentationsSupport planning and implementation of broker entertainment/eventsAttend broker review and line of business meetingsWork with the wider business management team to support production of MI and broker informationDevelop an understanding of all MRSG-GM products, services, and solutionsAssist with the implementation of strategic initiativesHelp drive forward good Conduct for the business to deliver the best outcomes for customers / policyholders.Knowledge And SkillsGood interpersonal and communication skillsOrganised and can prioritise workload effectivelyProve experience of meeting deadlines with a motivated 'can do' approachWorks well with others, participates in teamwork, can co-ordinate multiple tasksYou demonstrate a willingness to learnDiversity, Equity & Inclusion At Munich Re, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion foster innovation and resilience and enable us to act braver and better.
