About the Role: As our Senior Production Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of driving efficiency, safety, and quality in our world-scale wheat-to-bioethanol & animal feed plant. Your expertise will not only optimize plant performance but also mentor the next generation of engineers, making a lasting impact on our operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead short-term targets for safety, throughput, yield, and cost.
  • Utilize your technical prowess to implement sustainable solutions and mentor operations personnel.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Lead investigations for incidents and champion best practices in safety and compliance.


About You: Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical or Process Engineering.
  • Over 5 years of experience in large-scale high-hazard plant operations.
  • Proficiency in Root Cause investigation, Lean principles, and Continuous Improvement.
  • Strong technical knowledge and experience with automated process control systems.
