You’ll develop and deliver internal communications and engagement activity to support workplace transformation, ensuring staff are informed, engaged, and supported throughout the change.£37 per hour (inside IR35) London (Hybrid)Key Responsibilities:Lead communication and engagement plans for workplace and relocation projectsCreate clear, engaging content across email, intranet, newsletters, SharePoint, and eventsCoordinate campaigns to ensure consistent messaging around change, timelines, and impactsSupport engagement events, workshops, and drop-ins to gather feedback and encourage participationMaintain a forward communications calendar and ensure accessibility, inclusivity, and brand consistencyRequirements:Proven experience in internal or change communications, ideally within large organisations or public sectorExcellent written, verbal, and storytelling skillsStrong stakeholder management and influencing abilitiesCreative and proactive approach to engagement using digital and in-person channelsUnderstanding of workplace change, facilities management, or organisational transformation is advantageous
