Primary Teacher and Year Group Leader - Primary School located in Hillingdon, West London

We are looking for an energetic and dedicated Primary Teacher and Year Group Leader to inspire our young learners and lead our dynamic team.

As a Primary Teacher and Year Group Leader, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the educational journey of our students. You will be responsible for:
  • Delivering engaging and interactive lessons tailored to the needs of your year group.
  • Leading and managing your assigned year group, ensuring academic progress and personal development.
  • Collaborating with fellow Primary Teachers to design and implement innovative teaching strategies.
  • Providing mentorship and support to colleagues, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
  • Building strong relationships with students, parents, and staff to create a positive and inclusive school community.

Candidate Specification:
  • Qualified Primary Teacher with a relevant teaching qualification (UK QTS and/or PGCE).
  • Proven experience in improving attendance and attainment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate colleagues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
