We're on the hunt for a talented and experienced Digital Marketer with experience in Paid Media/PPC to join a thriving web development and marketing agency based in Norwich. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Digital Marketing specialist to join a well-established team in a hybrid role.You'll be the go-to person for all things paid search, managing and optimising a range of campaigns for our diverse client base. While your primary focus will be on Google Ads, any experience with paid social platforms would be a great bonus.The successful candidate will be a proactive, analytical problem-solver with a proven track record of delivering strong ROI. You'll need to be passionate about PPC and stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and algorithm changes.Key Requirements:Proven experience as a Paid Media Specialist or PPC Executive, with a primary focus on Google Ads.A good understanding of SEOStrong analytical skills and a data-driven approach.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.A solid understanding of landing page optimisation and conversion tracking.What's on Offer:A competitive salary of up to £38,000, depending on experience.Hybrid working model, offering a balance of remote and office-based work.The chance to work with a friendly and supportive team.Opportunities for professional development and training.This is a permanent position, and candidates must live within commuting distance of Norwich and be fully eligible to work in the UK.
