You will work as a quant analyst on unseen datasets and get fully involved in alpha generation and proprietary research. You will be given a contract to work for a period of 5-6 months to start with and after that if there is mutual chemistry and you have worked well, you will be given a full time job offer.
Requirements:-
You can be in the final year of your PhD or have just completed a PhD in Computer Science / Physics/ Maths / EE.
A passion for maths/problem-solving.
You should be familiar with Linux infrastructure as well as Python and C++.
You should be able to demonstrate a capacity to produce high-quality peer-reviewed research.
Ability to present ideas concisely to traders/partners.
No prior experience is mandatory.
Maths/data analysis skills
You should be interested in working as a quant researcher in a very research-driven environment. This is not a job for candidates who want to be traders.
Personality-wise – you need to be able to work in a team environment rather than as a silo player and have a down-to-earth personality.
