About the opportunity


We are looking for a Quality Auditor to support a major Aircraft Manufacture and Operations business, who facilitate Aircraft Sales, Bespoke Aircraft Builds, Maintenance and Spares & Repairs. Capabilities include Aircraft Design & Customisation, Flight Test, Certification, Train and Technical Support.


The Quality Auditor will be responsible for Maintain the company Quality Management Systems (QMS), maintain Company Approvals and Audit and host Regulatory Groups all to CAA, MAA and BSI standards.


Deliverables


  • Plan and execute Internal and External Quality Audits
  • Provide Root Cause Analysis Trends Data
  • Manage Company Document Library and issue Engineering Authorisations
  • Carry out Mandatory Occurrence Report Investigations and Deliver Safety Training


Mandatory Person Requirements for the Quality Auditor


  • Aviation Quality Auditor and Compliance experience


Desirable Requirements, having worked in one or more of the following


  • EASA Part 145 and Part M environments
  • Part 21J Design Organisation
  • Part 21G Production Organisation
  • BSI QMS; ISO9001, EN9100, EN9110, EN9120
  • BSI Health & Safety ISO18001



Qualifications

  • Quality Audit Training and Qualifications


Must be eligible for SC Clearance
