You will collaborate closely with the EMEA senior leadership team and other key stakeholders aligning with our mission to help clients meet their customers where they are enabling seamless financial services and a secure connected world. Your contributions will support our continuous drive toward excellence and innovation in the FinTech industry.What you will do:Assist in implementing and executing the EMEA Risk & Control framework in partnership with business lines and senior leadership.Capture track and manage risks across EMEA businesses understanding risk materiality and root causes.Create and embed metrics in business processes ensuring robust risk assessments and control structures.Embed a control testing process track remediation efforts and present findings to the EMEA Risk Officer and committee.Devise build and track associated metrics from the risk and control framework.Assist in risk escalation and self-assessment processes providing clear MI and demonstrating improvement.Represent EMEA in internal and external forums partnering with lines of business and defense teams.What you will need to have:Strong understanding of risk and control frameworks within financial services.Ability to execute control audits conduct risk assessments and test controls.Proficiency in MS Excel Word PowerPoint Teams and Visio.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to conduct root cause analyses.What would be great to have:Experience in internal audit departments or financial controls within the financial services industry.Ability to self-direct and work with limited supervision.Independent judgment in decision-making and effective interaction with all personnel levels.Thank you for considering employment with Fiserv.
