AV Project Manager

AV Project Manager required for a 6 month initial contract.


Remote working

Up to £595 per day (Inside IR35)


Responsible for managing the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of a specific AV systems integration project or workstream.


Oversee delivery from start to finish, with an initial focus on 2025 detailed scoping, planning and contracting 3rd parties to price/execute AV infrastructure refreshes. The role will be about managing the survey of hundreds of AV spaces, managing RFPs and processing orders through to PO. In addition, there is a strong focus on holding vendors to account to ensure a set of AV installations are planned (inc. internal dependencies), scheduled and implemented without incident.


  • Experience: Career experience as a Senior IT Project Manager in technology industries is required
  • Demonstrate the ability to manage upwards i.e. concise steerco packs and PM deliverables at the appropriate level
  • Experience or exposure to AV/Video, Teleconferencing industry or office fit outs is preferred
  • Demonstrated management and leadership experience of technicians in multiple geographies and cultures
  • Vendor management - demonstrable experience of managing RFP processes or price benchmarking exercises
