If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have strong organisational and communication skills this is the perfect temp to perm role for youKey ResponsibilitiesCustomer Retention: Contact existing customers to discuss their renewals, Offering retention solutions Identify opportunities to maintain long-term relationships. Appointment Booking Schedule Sales appointments efficiently for both inbound and outbound enquiries, Ensuring a smooth handover to the sales team. Arranging renewals with existing customers Live Chat Management: Proactively engage with customers via live chat, Responding to sales enquiries with speed accuracy and professionalism. Conduct Follow up calls and communications to ensure customer satisfaction post sale.£12.24 an hour, plus bonus (£25,467, OTE £35,000) Shifts are working 8.00am-5.00pm and 9.00am-6.00pm on a rotational basis and 1 in 5 Saturdays 9am-1.00pm (40 hours a week) Start date ASAPThe IndividualPrevious experience in customer service or sales ideally within a contact centre environment Excellent communications Skillsverbal and written Customer first approach Highly organised with ability to manage multiple priorities, Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Results-oriented with a proven history of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Experience handling objections and turning dissatisfied customers into loyal ones Empathetic Persuasive and results driven, Objection handling Conflict resolution/negotiation, Attention to detail.
