Youll play a pivotal role in embedding our global ESG commitments into everyday operations ensuring compliance with regulations and inspiring cultural change. You thrive in a role where your expertise creates lasting value for people business and the planet.What Youll DoDevelop and deliver sustainability strategies that align with Roches global standards ISO 14001 and the UN Sustainable Development Goals.Ensure compliance with environmental laws and reporting frameworks (ISO 14001 CDP GRI REACH WEEE).Lead initiatives to measure analyse and reduce carbon emissions energy water waste and resource use.Partner with teams suppliers and industry networks to drive sustainable practices and share expertise.Design and deliver training to build awareness and capability across the organisation.Support sustainable product and process innovation from procurement choices to circular economy initiatives.Establish and track KPIs ensuring transparent reporting and continuous improvement.What You BringA degree in Environmental Science Sustainability or a related field.5 years experience in environmental management or sustainability (healthcare pharma or diagnostics desirable).Strong knowledge of UK Ireland and international environmental regulations and reporting frameworks.Proven ability to manage projects engage stakeholders and influence at all levels.Analytical skills to translate complex data into actionable insights.A collaborative mindset adaptability and passion for sustainability.Who we areA healthier future drives us to innovate.
